By booking an appointment with Abundantki Hair Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, respect, and the best possible salon experience for all clients.

1. Appointments & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the stylist is at fault for canceling the appointment.

• Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you are late, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or changes to appointments.

• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

• Refunds are only available if the stylist cancels your appointment.

4. Touch-Up Policy

• If the stylist is at fault, a complimentary touch-up may be scheduled within 12 hours of the original appointment.

• After 12 hours, any corrections will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly. Fees will vary depending on the style.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding hair history, allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that may affect services.

• Abundantki Hair Salon is not liable for results or reactions caused by undisclosed or inaccurate information.

• Proper aftercare is the responsibility of the client.

6. Liability

• Abundantki Hair Salon is not responsible for damage to clothing, personal items, or hair caused by chemical processes, treatments, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

• Results may vary depending on hair type, texture, and condition.

7. Respect & Right to Refuse Service

• Abundantki Hair Salon maintains a safe, comfortable environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• The stylist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect basic personal information (such as name, phone, email, and service history) to manage appointments and provide a personalized salon experience.

• Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting the salon.

9. Photography & Media

• By receiving services, you consent to before-and-after photos or videos being taken for documentation and promotional use, unless you request otherwise in writing.
