Abundantki provides professional hair care services with the goal of ensuring client satisfaction. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Results May Vary

    • Individual results may vary depending on hair type, texture, condition, and aftercare. Abundantki Hair Salon does not guarantee identical results to reference photos or prior services.

  2. Client Responsibility

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their hair history, health conditions, allergies, and sensitivities. Abundantki Hair Salon is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.

  3. Refunds & Corrections

    • Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where the stylist cancels the appointment.

    • No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Touch-ups may be offered at the stylist’s discretion, as outlined in our Refund & Touch-Up Policy.

  4. Liability

    • Abundantki and its stylists are not liable for any damage to clothing, personal items, or hair resulting from chemical processes, treatments, or client neglect of aftercare instructions.

  5. Photography & Media

    • By receiving services, clients consent to before-and-after photos or videos being taken for documentation and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

  6. Right to Refuse Service

    • Abundantki  reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with policies.

Refund Policy 

We value your trust and want you to feel confident booking with us. Please take a moment to review our policies:

  1. Deposits

    • Deposits are required to secure your appointment. They are non-refundable unless your stylist must cancel.

  2. Refunds on Services

    • Because our services require time and products, we are unable to issue refunds once a service has been completed.

  3. Touch-Ups

    • If there is an issue with your style and the stylist is at fault, we are happy to provide a complimentary touch-up within 12 hours of your appointment.

    • After 12 hours, touch-ups will be considered a new service and will incur an additional fee, which may vary depending on the style.
