Deposits are non-refundable unless the stylist is at fault for canceling the appointment. Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you are late, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Appointment will be cancelled or reschedule after 20 minute of no arrival. Deposits do not carryover. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit.
