Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and want you to feel confident booking with us. Please take a moment to review our policies: 1. Appointments & Deposits : A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable unless the stylist is at fault for canceling the appointment. Clients are expected to arrive on time. If you are late, services may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Appointment will be cancelled or reschedule after 20 minute of no arrival. Deposits do not carryover. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to giving you the best salon experience possible.
